Surgeon General of the United States RADM Kenneth P. Morisugu and Pamela Pine during the 2007 Race to Stop the Silence. Dr. Pine designed and developed, “The Race to Stop the Silence®”, an annual event for ten years in the heart of DC from 2004-2013. The Surgeon General’s website, and various media provided coverage of the event.
