SPEAKING AND KEYNOTE PRESENTATIONS
One of Dr. Pine’s primary presentations, “Addressing Childhood Trauma in the Workplace – Increase Healing, Productivity, and Your Bottom Line,” reveals how unresolved early trauma quietly drives adult mental and physical health issues, burnout, and reduced productivity—costing U.S. businesses $4.28 billion annually and $144K per affected employee. With nearly two-thirds of American adults reporting at least one adverse childhood experience (CDC) and with one in five reporting four or more, the impact on workplace performance, focus, and relationships is profound: anxiety, exhaustion, difficulty concentrating (“presenteeism”), and strained relationships at work – the core ingredients of burnout and performance problems. This session offers leaders a clear understanding of how trauma shows up at work and provides trauma-informed, evidence-based strategies to strengthen communication, engagement, and organizational resilience – practical steps that enhance employee wellbeing, boost productivity, and elevate the bottom line. Trauma-informed leadership isn’t just compassionate or only about mental health – it’s about unlocking performance at scale!
Dr. Pine’s most requested talks include:
- What we ALL need to know about childhood trauma – and WHY!
- Healing Childhood Trauma: From ACEs to Empowerment
- The Link Between ACEs and Cancer: What Professionals Must Know
- Trauma-Informed Practices That Work in Real-World Communities
- Breaking the Silence: Prevention, Policy, and Healing for Survivors of Childhood Trauma
- Workplace Transformation through Childhood Trauma Awareness and Action
